remove symlinks #15

I forgot to unpin conda-build when using toolchain which means symlinks get left in. This should fix it.

Same story as gdal. The package for build number 5 seems clean. Not sure why it should be and still am in favor of merging this, but it is a little strange that this problem doesn't happen in some cases. 😕

Turned out that this package wasn't broken like hdf5 etc so a rebuild and new version isn't required, but good to have it unpinned in case there is a problem in the future.
