@Tobias-Fischer I'm reasonably confident this will work, but do you want to test that it fixes the Windows libftdi build before I merge this? If downloading the artifact and testing locally is too much hassle, then we can just merge and give it a try.

Many thanks @ryanvolz; that was quick! Looks good to me - I don't have a Windows machine to test it, so let's just merge in and I can trigger a libftdi Windows build in the feedstock to see if there are any problems.
