The conda-forge version of libvorbis 1.3.7 works perfectly with conda-forge librosa 0.8.0, but the conda pkgs/main version of libvorbis 1.3.7 causes an error that prevents the loading of librosa in a conda Python 3.8.6 environment. The issue is described in detail here.
