Import the recipe from my cross-platform X.org work. #3

Now that the dependent packages (xcb-proto, pthread-stubs) have had the cross-platform X.org build scripts merged, we can move onto this one. After this we can verify that qt5 works and update the relevant xorg- packages to depend on these rather than the xorg- prefixed ones.

@pkgw, could you trigger a new build in the qt feedstock to verify that Qt5 is building with these new changes? Thanks!
