Unfortunately this release seems to be blocking releasing conda-build w/ Py3.12 support.

  • Try adding a test for liblief on Windows.

See https://github.com/conda-forge/lief-feedstock/pull/42/commits/a47596ba5cc860bca9ed980b3ef77f0a628197ad . We now have tests, but they unfortunately fail (stall) on Windows. In case someone has a Windows system set up, feel free to debug what's not working. Let's use this as-is for now (i.e., with only tested working via Python) -- IDK whether the previous versions behaved the same (feel free to run the tests against those versions on Windows to check).

  • Set channel_targets: conda-forge lief_rc to get the builds but don't use them in production yet so we can do a few downstream conda-build tests before pushing to conda-forge main.

I've set this to publish lief_rc for now so we can try out a few feedstocks with conda-build and py-lief=0.14.1. To be able to do so, I'll merge this PR today and we can refine things as needed in a subsequent PR that will put it on main then.
