Make mcstas-data truly noarch #3

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Despite all efforts, it seems like we still got 4 versions of the mcstas-data package for v3.4.7 (see https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/mcstas-data/files). This package is just a set of static data files, so there should only be one.

Ok, it is actually not as bad as feared: Looks like one for osx and one for linux. Still, 2>1....
