Issue
Hello,
I'm currently installing miniforge in a docker container.
When omitting the conda init, the command not found error pops up.
Oddly enough, my path contains a No such file or directory entry after the conda init is run - yet everything still works as expected.
Dockerfile:
FROM debian:bookworm-slim as main
# FROM python:3.11.3-bullseye as main
COPY environment.yml /
# WORKDIR /tmp
RUN apt-get -y update && \
apt-get -y upgrade && \
apt-get -y install wget && \
wget -O Miniforge3.sh "https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge/releases/latest/download/Miniforge3-$(uname)-$(uname -m).sh" && \
bash Miniforge3.sh -b -p "${HOME}/conda" && \
. "${HOME}/conda/etc/profile.d/conda.sh" && \
# apt-get -y install gfortran && \
# conda env update --file environment.yml && \
conda init
