Yep, I can confirm that Miniconda and Anaconda's installers do the same thing, also relying on more
's default behavior. Odd that I never noticed it before!
It might be that I'm using a faster computer or keyboard now and don't have enough time to react to the prompt. I'm comfortable with closing this issue and very carefully pressing enter exactly 23 times in the future.
There's a PR in constructor that will address this regression.
Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.
Issue
I installed Mambaforge using the installer link here, and I find the UI very difficult. After being prompted to press enter to continue, the user must press enter exactly 23 times to reach the "Do you accept the license terms?" prompt.
If the user accidentally presses enter 24 times, the process restarts. This is minor but frustrating. I don't think the conda installer does this.
Is this a bug?
