cmd.exe stopped working after installation of Miniforge #501

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

I have installed latest release of Miniforge on my Windows 10 computer from the link (https://github.com/conda-forge/miniforge/releases/latest/download/Miniforge3-Windows-x86_64.exe) using the default installer settings. The cmd.exe stopped working after the installation. It closes immediately after opening. When I call cmd.exe from from powershell, cmd.exe exits with code 1 and error message & was unexpected at this time.

Cause found: The key AutoRun in system Registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Command Processor contained the value if exist & if exist "C:\Users\user123\AppData\Local\miniforge3\condabin\conda_hook.bat" "C:\Users\user123\AppData\Local\miniforge3\condabin\conda_hook.bat". The cmd.exe works well after deleting the key.
