The readme context about the windows installation is not correct #519

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

The actual installation path of miniforg3 is C:\ProgramData\miniforge3 by now, The readme document should be update.

Installed packages

Miniforge3 23.3.1-1 (64-bit) Windows

are you installing for all users or just yourself?

typically, we try to not install system wide.
