Many changes in this PR are just to make the build&test logic stay close to the openmpi package.

The recipe license should not include the word "License".

@astrofrog @ocefpaf Could you please take a look? If this one is OK, you have to close PR #9. @minrk I'm adding you as a recipe maintainer, I hope that OK with you, otherwise let me know.
