While python 3.9 and 3.8 use mpich
python 3.10 is using openmpi
and fails.
Yeah saw that. Tried restarting, but it had the same failure.
It's also interesting it only affects Python 3.10 on Linux. Maybe some subtle change in dependencies there? (edit: Sounds like yes.)
Also should this have a dependency on MPI?
