You're right; I just read the AFL-3.0 and this is not that. How do you handle the "about/license" field for non-standard licenses?

This code has been hosted on bioconda for much longer (https://bioconda.github.io/recipes/msms/README.html). I created this fork here largely to enable support for Windows. Does conda-forge have different standards for open source compliance?

The package doesn't have to be open source, but it should allow redistribution and it's not clear whether we can redistribute.
