Try out re-rendering with the changes in PR ( https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock/pull/6548 ) to enable alma8

The CUDA 12 cross-compilation builds fail as we have an overly strict check in CUDA cross-compilation support. Addressing this in PR: https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge-ci-setup-feedstock/pull/363
