@ocefpaf, I've removed the suffix "rel" from the version number. Let me know if that seems incorrect to you.

I'm going to go ahead and merge this, since CI seems to be working as expected.

It sucks that the GH URL for netcdf4 is not stable and we need to manually fix it. We could use PyPI but that also that also had is own problems.

It is but the bot won't be able to issue PRs b/c of the URL is a moving target :-/

Ah, I see. And we might not notice that there's a new version out without the bot.
