I went through the ABI of all the versions we have on conda-forge:

3.7.3 → 3.7.4: 7 symbols removed 3.7.4 → 3.8.1: 44 symbols removed 3.8.1 → 3.8.5: 664 symbols removed 3.8.5 → 3.9.1: 4 symbols removed 3.9.1 → 3.9.2: 22 symbols removed 3.9.2 → 3.9.3: 150 symbols removed 3.9.3 → 3.9.4: 19 symbols removed 3.9.4 → 3.10.1: 47 symbols removed
