Update patches

Replace omniorb-r66xx.patch with new versions from 4_3 branch:

r6640: Apple compiler does not define __VFP_FP__ on ARM, but the CPU uses VFP floating point format.
r6649: Avoid setting possibly-incorrect processor define (arm instead of arm64). Update autoconf and Python version support.
r6652: Remove processor and platform defines from .pc file.
r6654: Remove unnecessary platform and processor defines.

Remove omniorb-cross-compile.patch. Shouldn't be needed anymore on 4.3.

Remove config.guess patch. We override config.sub and config.guess in build.sh with an updated version

Fix Apple silicon compilation. Use --disable-longdouble for native build as well. longdouble is used in arm compilation otherwise...
