Update to 0.2.19 #14

I just wanted to let you know that I linted all conda-recipes in your PR (recipe) and found it was in an excellent condition.

Thanks for this, @jschueller. If possible, I'd like to do a bugfix on the existing package. Please see PR ( https://github.com/conda-forge/openblas-feedstock/pull/12 ) for details. Also would welcome your feedback on it.

Also could you please double check and pin anything that doesn't have openblas pinned? This is the current pinning.

FYI @conda-forge/core we are going to bump the OpenBLAS version. Seems that everything is pinned ok ATM. Though there are some very old packages floating around that did not have proper pinning. It is possible they resurface because of this change. Please keep your eyes open for this and either move these incorrectly pinned packages out of the main label to broken or ask someone else to do it. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
