Fix library name #40

FindBLAS and FindLAPACK don't find this library name.

Maybe we need to be more "fuzzy" with that phrase.

@ocefpaf Any idea why the re-rendering is not happening. conda should have been changed to conda.exe; see here.

It may take a while, if not I can rerender it manually.

I can as well, but I think it's a bug with the heroku app.

It's rate limited by GitHub currently.

That checkbox is and has been ticked; but by default.

Error is stderr: 'fatal: unable to access 'https://<github-token>@github.com/xoviat/openblas-feedstock.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403', but I don't know why that is
