@isuruf I cannot rerun the aarch64 build from azure, but everything else has passed. Can you kick the build again?

Actually, it appears the gfortran compiler on aarch64 is missing the run export for the libs. :/

This could be the multiple run exports bug. It also appears that the gfortran library version is not set correctly for aarch64. It is being set to the compiler version, but the library version is 4.
