Track upstream macOS issues due to `vpnc-script` #14

Possible symptoms:

  1. Bad network state after disconnection: https://gitlab.com/openconnect/vpnc-scripts/-/issues/46
  2. Strange output during connection: https://gitlab.com/openconnect/vpnc-scripts/-/issues/45 
    is not a recognized network service.
** Error: The parameters were not valid.

It appears that both issues are related to this upstream commit: https://gitlab.com/openconnect/vpnc-scripts/-/commit/e9c9bae6e12b9c8c326b598f6a582ab5aee55370
