Given the recent realisations on the scipy-feedstock (that the failures in QEMU were not related to the scipy-builds, but rather due to emulation), I'd be OK to switch off the test suite for PPC. Not much else we can do AFAICT, except perhaps hunt down the QEMU errors and raise them upstream.
