Need to rename 2023.1.4 to 2023.01.04 for calver consistency #110

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Need to rename released build 2023.1.4 to 2023.01.04... Otherwise we're going to keep regressing with calver versioning in CI workflows

@yuvipanda I'm not sure how to fix this... We overlooked the naming of 2023.1.4 here https://github.com/conda-forge/pangeo-dask-feedstock/pull/104
