Long-running branch for 5.26.0? #50

With only conda-forge in my channels, I'm having some issues when building @conda-forge/openssl-feedstock:

    raise ResolvePackageNotFound(bad_deps)
conda.exceptions.ResolvePackageNotFound: 
  - perl=5.26.0

I can't quite track down the issue, or readily share the full logs, but would be happy to PR if there was a branch to target!
