mark 5.26.2 as branch that gets ABI migrations #51

This way it gets migrations like rebuilds for different chips and the like

There seems to have been quite a bit of work from @isuruf to get things to work on 5.32

Why not migrate OSX-arm64 to 5.32 (and eventually everything else to that version)?

I'm suggesting to bump the perl pinning altogether in this PR https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock/pull/1459

Since we use 5.32.1 now globally, I think we don't need this anymore.

(Oh, the migration is not yet finished, so not yet "globally", I guess :D. I'll have a look at some of the migration PRs.)
