Use correct SPDX identifier for the license

As stated in https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/blob/7a633e3500018031a36a5adbec3e6c3e5d1c60eb/LICENSE#L10 Pillow is using the HPND license and thus the package metadata should also have this as the license specifier.
