[DO NOT MERGE] Bump version number to test compilation against boost-python 1.78 compiled with clang 14

https://github.com/conda-forge/boost-feedstock/pull/149 rebuilt boost-python 1.78 with clang 14, so we need to understand if the build with clang 13 are broken. In any case we would need to remove the workaround, but if clang 13 build of pinocchio are working with clang 14 build of boost-python, we would have more time.
