Issue as the title states. More like a feature request, rather than an Issue. Additionally I was referred to from here: https://github.com/conda-forge/ocrmypdf-feedstock/issues/30#issuecomment-1111135582

pngquant can target Windows from its original Rust crate so I assume it should be possible to do this relatively easily...
