Hi! This is the friendly automated conda-forge-linting service.
I just wanted to let you know that I linted all conda-recipes in your PR (recipe
) and found it was in an excellent condition.
Needs fixed dependencies https://github.com/conda-forge/virtualenv-feedstock/pull/91
It keeps picking up the broken virtualenv
build, though I don't understand why. Obviously, we can fix it or mark it as broken but it's a lot of trouble...
Ya, I find it really unintuitive, but for any release, all builds are available to the solver. So updating the requirements doesn't do much without marking the previous build as broken.
I think the conda
solver does prioritize later builds but maybe the mamba
solver doesn't?
Well, I don't have time to fix virtualenv
now but if you do @maresb, feel free to submit a PR to fix build 0 or a request to mark it as broken.
Okay, so I found a little time. I'm working on a patch here: https://github.com/xylar/conda-forge-repodata-patches-feedstock/tree/patch_virtualenv_20.16.3_build_0
Nice work. Repodata patch is probably better. Perhaps even easier, since I was messing around with constructing 32 filenames. But in any case that was impressively quick.
It is very likely that the current package version for this feedstock is out of date.

Please note that this analysis is highly experimental. The aim here is to make maintenance easier by inspecting the package's dependencies.
