Mark prompt-toolkit 3.0.5 build 0 as broken #62

When downgrading an environment I sometimes see prompt_toolkit 1.0.15 and prompt-toolkit 3.0.5 (build 0) installed at the same time which then leads to problems.

The build 0 is missing the run_constrained that was added in #45 to the build 1. Should we mark the build 0 as broken? I guess there is no reason why one would ever want to install that build.
