Unpin psutil #4

Ah, interesting. I just started playing with anaconda and it looks like unpinning psutil isn't necessary if psiturk is properly installed through conda install -c conda-forge psiturk. It's only when someone installs pip using conda and then tries to install psiturk using pip that things explode. I guess pip and anaconda don't play nice?

Pip and anaconda play erratically. To my mind, that's the best motivation for conda-forge.
