Hi! This is the friendly automated conda-forge-linting service.

I just wanted to let you know that I linted all conda-recipes in your PR (recipe) and found it was in an excellent condition.

@conda-forge-admin please rerender

valeriupredoi commented 6 months ago

@Chilipp how's things, mate? Any way we can get this PR merged - I'll give you a hand here, if you don't mind, we use psy-plot, map, reg and simple and we are trying to move to support Python 3.12 as well. Cheers :beers:

Chilipp commented 6 months ago

Sure! Thanks @valeriupredoi

if the ci finishes, it can be merged. There will be new releases of all these libraries within the next couple of weeks. The current versions are indeed not compatible with the latest versions of matplotlib and xarray

Chilipp commented 6 months ago

But it seems like there is an issue and the job does not run. From my perspective, I'd wait for the new release and then rebuild it and make the new version officially available for python 3.12

valeriupredoi commented 6 months ago

Hi @Chilipp - good to hear from you so fast, mate! Ah the fails are rather familiar, SafeConfigParser has now been completely removed with Python=3.12, did a similar fix here https://github.com/cedadev/MyProxyClient/pull/20 - good call to wait for your new releases, I'll jot down this in our 312 PR, let me know if I can help in any way ie I can be a maintainer here, I maintain a bunch of feedstocks anyway, and I see you are a one man show here

Chilipp commented 6 months ago

Alright! Thanks a lot @valeriupredoi

valeriupredoi commented 4 months ago

hi @Chilipp did you have time to release new versions for your psy- pkgs, mate? Shall we resurrect the Py312 support once those are out, I can give you a hand with anything, should you need to - after Easter, that is :rabbit: Have a good Easter break!

Chilipp commented 4 months ago

hey @valeriupredoi! thanks again for your kind offer  Hope you enjoyed the easter break! I will make the new releases today and we can continue here

Chilipp commented 4 months ago

the new release is out, https://pypi.org/project/psyplot/1.5.0/. I assume the bot will create a new PR for this release on conda-forge and afterwards, we rerun the bot for this PR @valeriupredoi ?

Chilipp commented 4 months ago

alright, #26 has been merge, so let's rerun the bot and hope everything works out

regro-cf-autotick-bot commented 4 months ago

Due to the bot-rerun label I'm closing this PR. I will make another one as appropriate. This was generated by https://github.com/regro/cf-scripts/actions/runs/8541123777

valeriupredoi commented 4 months ago

excellent work, mate - ok, shall we invoke the almighty bot yet again, after you've merged the new main into its fork?

valeriupredoi commented 4 months ago

ah well, it shied away
