Failed to import pyarrow with ModuleNotFoundError (Windows 10)

OS: Windows 10 64 Installed anaconda 5.1.0 installed pyarrow as:

conda config --add channels conda-forge conda install pyarrow

so far so good

created jupyter notebook with the code cell:

import pandas as pd import numpy as np import pyarrow as pa df1=pd.read_csv("./myCsv.csv") table = pa.Table.from_pandas(df1)

Error I got:
