Remove pytorch_geometric dependency (at least for Windows)

Issue

Several of the dependencies of pytorch_geometric are not available for Windows from conda-forge, so pytorch_geometric cannot be installed for Windows from conda-forge. However, they are available from the pyg channel. If this package did not have the explicit dependency on pytorch_geometric, it should be usable with the packages from the pyg channel, but with the explicit pytorch_geometric dependency, this package cannot be installed on Windows.

@DManowitz any missing dependency would have to be available on Conda-Forge before Windows version of the pacakge would work. We can certainly look into bringing those packages/dependencies onto Conda-Forge, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
