We are preparing to announce the release of PyNIO 1.5.0 and would like to have a conda-forge package available when we make the announcement.

Assuming this PR passes the CI checks, I'd like to wait to merge this on the day we announce our release if that's alright.

We found a bug in PyNIO that needs to be fixed for 1.5.0, so I'm going to keep this PR open for a few days while we sort that out.
