libpyqt5.so missing in v5.15.4 #113

Hi! In the most recent version of PyQt on conda-forge it appears that libpyqt5.so is no longer included under plugins/designer/

Poking around a bit this seems to have happened before as in this issue: #44 and was eventually re-included.

Would it be possible to do something similar again for this version? Thank you!

Any updates here? This is a blocker for local development for us and we're unable to upgrade to pyqt 5.15
