Unpin libxml2 #154

libxml moved to 2.10

All old repos got patched, so these new builds aren't being patched for compatibility.

Duplicate of #153 Sorry, I didn't see it.

This is failing on windows with the strangest message:

I think this is because of a clang conflict issue

Ok. I just saw your builds regarding the clang stuff. sorry maybe i should add myself as a maintainer here to stay updated.
