The problem seems to be that shiboken seems to insist that DragEvent is from some opengl sahder, while it is really from QEvent

this mostly has the same content as https://github.com/conda-forge/pyside2-feedstock/pull/190 but i'm trying to leave this open for bot.

We will need to retrigger the builds for cross compilation.

When we restarted the CIs, they went a little crazy. we had to manually shut them down.

The builds for aarch and osx did get built:
