I don't remember when/how this stopped working. I wonder if the new build system is going to make any difference, perhaps worth trying again? @ocefpaf do you think there is more to it than just removing the skip: True # [win] line from build? I have no idea if the m2w64 toolchain is still the way to go, perhaps just have to try it and see...
