Fortran extension is not OK with Python numpy 1.13 :unamused:

Merging this to cash what we have, I'll work on Windows later.

Did you mean Windows with NumPy 1.13?

Yep. That is what I meant (late night PRing, sorry).

It seems there is a solution. See https://github.com/conda-forge/pytmatrix-feedstock/pull/8
