Right now, this recipe uses a post-link.bat script that copies the ngspice library into the site-packages folder. That's bad practice because it won't be automatically updated if a user changes their version of ngspice without re-installing pyspice.
It would be great if a Windows user could figure out how to make the Windows package work without this ugly hack.
