I'm seeing issues again with the shipped depot being out-of-date: https://github.com/MilesCranmer/PySR/actions/runs/3371303879/jobs/5593452259. Very strange

So I think this is probably good to switch to. What do you think?

Also, could this be set up so it only installs upon first activation, but doesn't try to re-install every time? Or would that be desired behavior (to make it compatible with other julia packages).
