Few errors after some experiments:

• Linux build fails because cannot build nis module. Tried to install libnsl and libtirpc with conda and yum in multiple ways, but couldn't make it build.
• macOS build fails because Symbol not found: _EVP_MD_CTX_free error at the test phase, while importing _hashlib module.

I can't find a way to build this... Could anyone help me? This is the last release of python 2.7 series, so making the build work worth the effort, I guess.
