I think 11.2 is know to have failures on the CIs. Is that the only failure?

With the mega build it no longer takes for ever to build it locally for me.

There are two failures. One should pass after a retry. Let's merge now and retry.

I'll upload builds when the ci-run stuff is resolved.

@hmaarrfk, you need to accept the TOS at https://github.com/Quansight/open-gpu-server#access. I pushed an empty commit so that the builds will start.

no sorry, i'm dumb, the user channel flag got swapped a while back in the command. re-uplading now.
