[ci skip] adding user @jjerphan #215

Hi! This is the friendly automated conda-forge-webservice.

I've added user @jjerphan as instructed in #214.

Merge this PR to add the user. Please do not rerender this PR or change it in any way. It has [ci skip] in the commit message to avoid pushing a new build and so the build configuration in the feedstock should not be changed.

Please contact conda-forge/core to have this PR merged, if the maintainer is unresponsive.

Given this feedstock challenges only occur every 4-8 months, I would like to see more invovlement from you (@jjerphan) around pytorch related feedstocks before adding you as a maintainer here.

Pytorch challenges can be quite hairy, and the latest additions by isuruf add a level of complexity that isn't really "supported" upstream so it has become a more "advanced" workflow by that virtue.
