This error is likely related to https://github.com/conda-forge/pytorch_sparse-feedstock/issues/13 I think this should at least fix newly created environments by letting pytorch_sparse be up to date with the latest version of pytorch.

Here's what I've got...

For recipe:

noarch: python recipes are required to have a lower bound on the python version. Typically this means putting python >=3.6 in both host and run but you should check upstream for the package's Python compatibility.

Ok, seems like we still have torch_cluster build against an old pytorch=1.4 so we need to update the dependencies first.
