conda-forge on QE with libxc support #47

Does the QE version 7.2 on conda-forge come with libxc support?

Since https://github.com/conda-forge/libxc-feedstock/issues/15 was fixed, the libxc output of the libxc feedstock now includes fortran bindings (while libxc-c does not).

I.e. this should now be easy to fix, simply by uncommenting the libxc dependency
