The qgis_process is not tested for even though it is installed. Further, the current **osx-*** builds do not properly expose it on PATH. This addresses that.

FYI, this causes some issues with https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/23772.

@gillins would you mind hitting "Re-run" on the three CI jobs that failed? They had sporadic downloading issues and I'd prefer not to rerun all the other 13 jobs since this is such a resource-intense build.
