I wanted to let you know that I linted all conda-recipes in your PR (recipe) and found some lint.

Here's what I've got...

For recipe:

The build section contained an unexpected subsection name. rpath_patcher is not a valid subsection name.
The test section contained an unexpected subsection name. script_env is not a valid subsection name.

So far, I have managed to build this for Windows locally.

Not much from my side. I push new commits when i can though. Progress is being made but slowly.
