Do you have a minimal example with which we could reproduce the error?
For now, I will turn on unit testing in the recipe.
Thanks for reporting this! ❤️
Unit tests pass with latest builds. They should also be included in yours, if you'd like to try running them. Install r-tinytest
then try tinytest::test_package('gdalcubes')
.
The linking analysis actually complains that we declare PROJ as a dependency (fixing its version that is associated with the package), even though none of this package's code appears to directly reference PROJ. That is, the recipe is already conservative with respect to PROJ and nothing showed up as undeclared linking (i.e., the usually sign of potential runtime errors).
Not much more to do - efficiently, at least - on our end without a failing test.
Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.
Issue
See https://github.com/appelmar/gdalcubes/issues/99 . We only have this problem with r-gdalcubes in Conda. Any use of gdalcubes that requires a coordinate transformation crashes with an error.
